The NGX Exchange on Wednesday suspended trading in the shares of Sterling Financial Services Plc

In a trading notice released by the NGX Exchange on Wednesday, obtained by our correspondent, the Exchange said, ‘Trading in the shares of Sterling financial services Plc has been suspended today, Wednesday 23 September 2026.

The suspension, the Exchange, said, “will enable the company’s Registrars and the Central Securities and Clearing Systems” (CSCS) to reconcile their records ahead of the listing of the reconstructed shares on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX).
